Sony Ps3 3D games

After Sony ps3 slimline, now sony is about to launch 3d interactive games for ps3 console.the rumour is that these games can only be played on a High Definition Tvs only. And by End of this year sony ps3 will be launching their 400gb Blue Ray discs developed by pioneer for upcoming gaming titles.

You know what's absolutely useless? A video of Wipeout HD being played in 3D, with some schmuck wearing 3D glasses and babbling on about how much fun he's having. Well, that schmuck is this Engadget editor, the video can be found after the break, and we've gotta say: we loved it. Especially for something like Wipeout HD, whose neon-infused tracks make for an almost too convenient example of rapidly approaching vanishing points, we'd say 3D could really be a quasi-"killer app" for consoles going forward -- especially if those fancy new motion controllers don't catch on for Microsoft and Sony. In many ways, 3D just seems to make more sense in a video game than for a movie, and the whole problem of finding content to deliver in the format has already been solved: a software update for the PS3 sometime in 2010 will enable it to provide a 3D viewing experience to "all" existing games on the system. We're sure there will be some exceptions, but it sounds very promising. The console itself pumps out a quite regular signal over HDMI, which the TV syncs up with your 3D glasses. A 200Hz TV, for instance, alternates 1080p frames, with 100Hz for each eye. Of course, you'll need a brand new TV, but at least it won't be restricted to just Sony televisions. Start saving those pennies!

Project Natal X-Box 360-the invisible controller

Microsoft has revealed a motion-sensing gadget for the Xbox 360 that uses the player's full body to control video games. Dubbed "Project Natal," the new accessory is a horizontal bar placed near the console that allows players to control their games and Xbox media without touching hardware.

Rather than rely on a wand to detect motion like the ubiquitous Nintendo Wii, the device uses a 3-D depth camera and microphones to recognize players' voices and movements for controlling what's on screen. ... Natal can recognize a player's face and automatically log them into their Xbox profile. In addition, the console's menus can be navigated by hand gestures [like] Minority Report.

Microsoft brought Steven Spielberg onto the stage to demo the technology, and his avatar moved in real time as he controled the UI. While many called this technology a gimmick before E3, everyone seems completely impressed by what's being shown here today. This isn't waving your hands around like the Wii, this is a very immersive technology tied to a very powerful console.

The sense of play is very Nintendo, and that's a high compliment. ... Microsoft has set the bar amazingly high for everyone else. Natal looks incredible, although it will take some real-world experience before we can completely believe the claims made. ... How much of this will feel this real—and this good—once we get our hands on it?

16 Layer Blue-ray 400gb By Pioneer for ps3

Back in July Pioneer announced that they have achieved 16 layer disc in Blue-Ray technology disc. This means that a single Blue-Ray disc can hold up to 400 GB of data.

In the past, multi-layered discs were hard to manage due to layers beyond 0 would return with weak signal, or the fact that the receiver was not able to hold onto the weak signal returned. Pioneer achieved the perfect signal return from layer 0 to layer 15 by developing a laser receiver that is sensitive to weak signal even in the noisy environment (in terms of interference) like multiple layers.
And poineer claims that there 400gb Blue Ray Disc is fully compatible with the ps3 console. That means in near future we will be seeing 400gb ps3 titles, wow what would be the graphics in those titles,i am sure KOJIMA will be happy to hear about the 400gb,his gaming title METAL GEAR 4 is the only game that used the 24 gb size of the blue ray disc, and that too after compressing some of the cinematics and graphics,so he will be havin an evil smile in his face on hearing about the new disc. But the 400gb disc will be having a hell lot of loading time with ps3,cos although ps3 is currently able to play the disc, think about the installation time that the ps3 will be having before we can play the game.already the installation time for wheel man in ps3 is taking a lot of time,i think they will opt the method of MGS4 ie installing at parts at different time of the game while it progress.

Xbox 360 One Shot Boot DVD

hi guys,
i am a fan of gaming consoles,i love playin games, after i bought my ps3 it wasnt the same, coz the price was so high, that i have to reduce the number of titles i could play, but after buyin x-box 360 arcade,i modded it myself with firmwire hack,i was able to play all games still tekken 6,which was a wave 4 game, the basic workin of a hacked firmwire of xbox 360 ie fw 6.0 used to bypass th security check of the console, but recently microsoft increased the space used for the vedio that always plays, when u insert an xbox 360 disk on any other player sayin to put the disc in an xbox 360,the hacked firmwire always by pass this particular vedio size untill microsft increased that specific vedio size, which fooled the hacked firmwire to think it as an dvd vedio disc.
So we now need an additional disc called one shot boot dvd, which actually bypasses the red flag of the console to think it as a genuine xbox dvd,1st u have to put the boot dvd,and after the vedio plays sayin the old message to put the dvd in an xbox 360 console, just eject the disc and put your wave 4 game dvd,the console will play the game. But inorder to make the one shoot boot dvd,u will need a dual layer dvd,not a single layer dvd,img burn
(copy paste these links on your address bar)
http://download.imgburn.com/SetupImgBurn_2.5.0.0.exe

then download the activate.iso file

http://rapidshare.com/files/294256273/Activate_iso.rar

unrar the activate_iso.rar burn the image file into a dual layer dvd using imgburn.
But u must follow these instructions carefully
1)run img burn->select settings->write->set layer break to default
2)load the image file and put the dual layer dvd into the drive
3)when u click to burn img burn will ask you this file can be writed in a single layer dvd,so are you sure that u want to burn this on a dual layer, click yes
4)it will again ask u wether to write the image in layer 0 only or on both layers,u must write the image in layer 0 only ,so click yes,if u click no,then it will write on both layers and the dvd wont run on your console.
5)finally after the burning process starts it will write the content within matter of minutes, but it will take upto 30 minutes to finalize the dvd,its just making the dvd write proof,so it will write the entire dvd with some unkown values,so it will take time, its normal.
6)one more thing dont ever write this dvd on a laptop writer, cos most of the time it will return delayed write failed or some kind of error while finalizing,i dont know why,but its safe to write on a pc drive.
And a word of advice for the unfortunate souls who is waitin to get the ps3 gettin cracked, its not gonna happen, cos ps3 will soon be launching there new game titles on a 400gb blue ray disc,so even if some one manages to cracke the console, sony will update their firmwire, and also buyin and writin an 400gb blueray disc will be very expensive,so guys untill the x-box 720 which will be just like the ps3 console in terms of security,if u wanna play the games u like, pease get a modded x-box 360.
and the red ring of death is only for the consoles, whos manufacturin date is before 2008,any consoles produced after that has that error fixed by microsoft itself,so happy gamin everyone
